At Jamila, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to ensure a seamless refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
